Korala counts a signed document when you send or complete a signing workflow in production. Drafts and test-mode activity do not count against paid signing volume.
What counts as a processed document in API Platform?
A processed document is any production document you send through an API extraction, validation, review, or signing workflow.
What counts as a document from a template?
One document created, or one PDF generated, from a reusable template. It counts once per document, however many fields or variables the template has. Previews and test-mode activity do not count toward paid production usage.
How are signing events billed in API Platform?
API Platform bills signing events alongside documents and documents from templates. Self-serve plans include a signing allowance or bill per event.
How do sessions and workflow complexity affect pricing?
Standard self-serve plans include baseline session and workflow capacity. More complex orchestration and review-heavy flows move into enterprise pricing.
Can I use both Signing and API Platform pricing?
