What happens if I exceed my document limit?
We use soft limits with automatic billing. Web App users are charged $1.00/doc over the limit, and API users are charged at their plan rate. Your service continues uninterrupted.
Can I switch between Web App and API pricing?
Yes! You can use both tracks. Many customers use the Web App for internal documents and the API for customer-facing integrations. Each track is billed separately.
What counts as a document?
A document is counted when it is sent for signing. Draft documents and templates do not count against your limit. Voided documents are also not counted.
How does AI Field Detection work?
Our AI analyzes your PDF and automatically detects signature, date, name, and other common fields. Each page analyzed counts as one detection. Multi-page documents count as multiple detections.

Yes! For API customers processing 5,000+ documents per month, contact our sales team for custom enterprise pricing with volume discounts.
