Create a collection
Open Documents → Collections and create a collection with a name you can recognize later.

Add documents and templates
Use the collection controls when creating a resource, or edit its collection memberships from its details. One document or template can belong to several collections. Adding it to another collection keeps the same resource.
A creation flow started inside a collection preselects that collection. Review the selection before creating the document or template.
Find related work
Open a collection to see its documents, templates and related signing requests. In the Documents or Templates list, use the collection filter to narrow the results or find unassigned work.
Prepare signing from a collection
Prepare the documents and their signers first. Templates need to become documents before they can be selected for signing. Select eligible documents and choose Send for signing, then review the recipient and the document selection.
A request keeps the set of documents selected when it was created. Adding or removing collection members later does not change that request.
Archive finished work
Use the collection’s actions menu to archive it. The documents, templates and request history remain available, and existing signing continues. Restore the collection before adding members or creating another grouped request.
Removing a document or template from a collection keeps the resource. Archiving a collection is also reversible; permanent collection deletion is not available.
Keep access and environment in mind
Collection membership does not grant additional access. Signers do not see your collections. Live and test collections are separate, and assigned resources must belong to the matching environment.
