Open signing requests
In the current app, open Documents → Signing requests.

The list includes requests for one document and requests that combine several documents. Each entry shows its document count, recipients, progress and status.
Find the request
Search by the request name, then use status and environment filters to narrow the list. Clear the filters if an expected request is missing. A collection’s request history shows the requests associated with that collection.
Read progress in context
- Draft, Sent or Viewed
- The request has not finished. Viewed records that the recipient opened it; it does not mean they signed.
- Partially signed
- Some signing work remains. Open the request to inspect the documents and recipient progress.
- Processing
- Korala is still processing the request. Check the details before treating it as completed.
- Completed
- The recipient work tracked by this request is complete. A document may still await other signers or final-file preparation; open the details to check.
- Declined, Voided, Expired or Failed
- The request needs attention. Open its details for context before deciding whether to prepare a replacement.
Open the right details
Select the request name. An individual request opens its document; a grouped request opens the request’s own details. Review the included documents and progress there.
Understand completion and files
A recipient can finish their part while a document still awaits someone else. Final files can also take time to prepare. Follow the availability shown for each document rather than assuming every file is ready as soon as one person signs.
If the list cannot load
Use the retry control. If the list loads but the request is missing, clear the filters and check the selected workspace and environment.
