Review and sign a request

Check who sent the request and read the documents before adding your signature.

Browse guides

1. Open the request

Use the request link from the sender. If you received only a PDF attachment, confirm the intended signing route with them. This guide starts with a Korala signing request.

2. Read the document

Review the text and the fields assigned to you. Contact the sender if the document or recipient information needs a correction.

Requests with several documents

Use the document list to review each document included in the request. Complete the fields assigned to you in each one. A collection groups related work; sending a signing request is a separate action.

3. Complete your fields

Add the requested signature and other required information. Check the result before confirming completion.

4. Check what happens next

Your part may be complete while the request still awaits other recipients. Follow the completion screen for the final document’s availability.

An expired, closed or inaccessible request needs a new link or help from the sender. For a temporary loading failure, use the retry option before contacting the sender.

Are you sending the document?

Prepare the source, fields and recipients before sending a request. A collection organizes related work; it does not send documents or grant access.
